Before you ask
Common questions
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Most clients leave a key, a lockbox code, or a garage code. Whatever you're comfortable with — plenty of people prefer to come home to it already done.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything. If you'd rather I use your products — allergies, pets, a surface you're particular about — leave them out and I'll use those instead.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell me within 24 hours and I'll come back and redo it. No argument, no charge.
Can you get my security deposit back?
I clean to what landlords actually check — oven, baseboards, inside cabinets, behind the toilet. No honest cleaner can promise a landlord's decision, but this is the work that decision usually turns on.
How do I pay?
Cash, check, or card. Payment is due when the job's done, and the price is whatever I quoted you — it doesn't change while I'm there.
How far ahead should I book?
A week is comfortable. Move-outs are often tighter than that and I'll do my best — text me and I'll tell you honestly what I have open.
